Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Services that have been fully utilized during the billing period
• Custom design work or development services that have been completed

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Data Retention

Upon cancellation, you may export your data for up to 30 days. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
